The ARC Alarm queue prioritises certain alarms such as Fire Alarms, Panic Alarms and Confirmed Intruder alarms, these will always go to the top of the alarm queue list so they can be seen immediately. Our response times for these priority alarms averages at 3

The ARC has a contingency in place in the case of a total failure or disaster; this is an industry requirement as part of our accreditation’s. Our Disaster recovery ARC will receive and manage all customer alarm signals until our staff arrive to take over.

Unless a new intruder or fire alarm site is using a third-party alarm communicator or service subscription, all our ARC-monitored alarm sites will only have a minimum 30-day contractual term of service. We like to keep things flexible and low risk for all our customers.
