Looking to Get Started on Ajax System Monitoring?
You are in the right place. We have prepared a guide to help you to complete all of the required steps in order to get your Ajax Hub and system connected with us for 24/7 monitoring.
There are 3 steps to the process, starting with activating your Ajax SIM (pre-installed in the Hub, with additional plans available through us). Then simply take 10 minutes to fill in our new site form so we have all the right information. Finally, it will be time to configure and commission your Ajax Hub and system ready for us to monitor.

Activate Your Ajax SIM
Follow our guide to set up and activate your Ajax SIM, which is pre-installed into your Ajax Hub. The SIM allows for connection to the Ajax Cloud without the need for Ethernet or Wi-Fi. This allows for easy communication with our ARC, allowing us to effectively monitor your Ajax alarm system.

Register Your Site to Our ARC
If you are looking at setting up a new site for Ajax alarm monitoring, please fill in our New Site Application Form. The form covers much of the questions we would need to ask in order to get you set up. If you have any questions about the form, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Connect & Commission Your Ajax Hub
Once your SIM is activated and your site is registered for monitoring services through our ARC, you will need to configure the Hub for alarm monitoring. Please read our guide on how to set up your hub for intruder alarms and other scenarios, as well as details on commissioning your Ajax system.
