The ARC has a contingency in place in the case of a total failure or disaster; this is an industry requirement as part of our accreditation’s. Our Disaster recovery ARC will receive and manage all customer alarm signals until our staff arrive to take over. This however would be highly unlikely as there are also contingency plans and additional systems in place for power failure, infrastructure failure, fire, flood, bomb threat, lightning strike and criminal damage. * 

We are a fully independent, agnostic, family-owned business. We do not have our own engineers, responders or key holding services. This allows full flexibility for our trade customers to use whomever they may choose for these service types and whichever security systems they choose to install. Every installer and site are different, so we offer a bespoke service to our customers as long as the procedures and response requested fall within industry regulations.
